Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product has not been opened. Playsets and singles must be returned within one week and in the same condition they were shipped in. Pre-orders must be cancelled before two weeks of release. If cancelled afterwards a $50 restocking fee will be taken from the preorder cost.
